We offer(cungcap) to execute(thuchien) and complete the works and remedy(khacphuc) any(batky) defects(khuyettat) there in conformity with this tender which includes all these documents,for the:
Lump sum (Boq supplied by the owner) of Vnd:73.997.289.190 (by words:seventy three billion,nine hundred ninety seven million,two hundred eighty nine thousand,one hundred ninety only )
Lump sum (Boq calculate by the contractor) of Vnd:45.375.036.674 (by words:forty five billion, three hundred seventy five million,thirty six thousand,six hundred seventy four )

We accept your suggestions(dexuat)for the appointment(bonhiem) of the dispute adjudication board(hoidongxetxutranhchap),as set out(quydinh) in appendix of tender.
